Obituary of Brenda J. Hard

BRENDA J. HARD Brenda J. Hard, 65, a thirty-four year resident of Olympia, died Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at Puget Sound HealthCare Center in Olympia. Brenda was born August 8, 1940 in Fairview, Oregon to Virgil and Doris Nadyne (Chandler) Hard. She was a graduate of the Minnesota University Nursing School. On February 14, 1965 in Olympia, she married Bryant Hard who survives. Brenda worked as a Unit Clerk for Providence St. Peter Hospital from 1972 to 1994. She enjoyed cooking ceramics and knitting. She was a member of the Elks Lodge in Puyallup, Washington. Survivors in addition to her husband Bryant include, two nephews, Clark Shepherd, Indiana, Craig Shepherd, Ohio; two nieces, Tangee Stevens and Monique Lewis both of Indiana; one sister, Carole Shepherd, Indiana; also several great nieces and nephews.
