Obituary of Christina D. Green

Friends may pay their respects at a viewing prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Christina D. (Ott) (Purdy) Green Christina Diane Green, our loving mother, daughter, wife, sister and friend, left us on March 10 2009. She will be deeply missed by all of us. She was born August 28th 1968 in Olympia, Washington to Carl and Beverly (Ikerd) Ott. She is survived by her husband Keith Green, daughters Brianna, Kaitlyn, Kaylee, Lyndie and her parents Carl and Bev Ott, and her brother Charles Ott. Chris graduated from North Thurston High school in 1986. In 1990 she married Bryan Purdy, and moved to Hoquiam, WA. She had two daughters, Brianna who was born August 1992 and Kaitlyn who was born May 1994 . While in the area she worked for The Sweet Dreams Acadamy, The Family Development Center, The Sands Resort, Montesano Health and Rehab, and others. In March of 2006 Christina married Keith Green, their daughter Kaylee was born in August of 2005 and daughter Lyndie was born in July of 2006. In February of 2008 Chris attained her Associates Degree in Health Information Technology from DeVry University. Using the skills learned, she obtained a career with Group Health Co-op in Tukwilla Wa. We can’t express enough our thanks to those of you at GH. She was truly proud, honored, and thankful for working there. GH gave her not just a job, but the career that she had wanted. Everyone she worked with did a wonderful job making her feel that way. Christina was dedicated not only to her work, but to her family as well. Her devotion to all members could be seen by anyone. Her children were her pride and joy, and she would give all that she had for them. She was proud of their accomplishments, forgiving of their errors, and understanding in their mistakes. Her love was felt by every family member. We thank all for helping us remember Christina in life and celebrating all that she gave us. She shall forever be in our hearts. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2009 at the Masonic Center, 455 North Street SE, Tumwater, WA 98501.
