Obituary of Arthur Graves

NA Arthur Graves Arthur Graves passed away April 16, 2011 at his home. He was born August 27, 1933 in Auburn. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters and one daughter, Mary. He was a lifetime member of the VFW, American Legion, Eagles, Moose and Elks, the VFW Camping Club. He loved his family, the Seahawks, Mariners, NASCAR, gambling, clam digging, garage sales, fishing, travel and camping. He enjoyed his annual trips to Mexico with his friends and family where he put his bartering skills to use. He was a snowbird and traveled to Yuma, Arizona for several months during the winter. He got a great deal of enjoyment out of building bikes for children in need and worked endlessly for many years on the Moose Lodge on their Easter Egg Hunt. Art worked for many years in the trucking industry for Martin Construction, Olympia Oil and Wood and Acme Fuel. Art is survived by his wife, Donna and his children, Cindy Birindelli (Jerry), Cathy Eberle (David), Cary Swafford, Kevin Pennington (Andrea), Karen Griggs (Kim) and Kelli Zimmerman (Peter), one sister Helen Wright (Ralph) and his dog Miley. He had fifteen grandchildren Kristi (Brady), Alicia (Justin), Jerad (Cortnie), Sarah (Scott), Jeff, Alex (Diana), Jori, Kalee, Austin, Angie, Nicholas, Daniel, Jakob, Dane, and Max and eleven great grandchildren.
