Kari and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I know how hard it is to lose a parent and there is not much that can make you feel better. She was a wonderful, fun, caring woman and I have such great memories from our childhood that I will always cherish. I know we haven't been in touch over the years, but please contact me if you wish at leighroxx@yahoo.com. Again, I am so sorry for your loss and my love for your family will always shine bright no matter how far apart we are.

Lori, Lisa, Kathy and Kari, Not sure if you remember me, but I am Rita (Colericks) Harman's daughter. Our Moms were best friends in high school and you guys used to come and visit us all the time in Yakima. I just saw your Mom's memorial today in The Yakima Herald and I am so saddened for your loss. I spoke with your mom back in 97 when my mother passed away and she was so sweet. I know the two of them are probably drinking coffee and chatting away up there... My thoughts and prayers are with you all.. Please feel free to email me at tamie@ztry.net

My goodness, I dont really even know what to say. I just learned today about Carrie and Kathy's mom. I have met her a few times at work, but know the girls and their girls very well. I am really at a loss for words because I know how much their mom meant to them, EVERYTHING. I know they had a very close special relationship with her as did her granddaughters. She brought them in for lunch on several occasions, before or after games she had taken them to so their moms could work. Just know she is in a beautiful place now and is safe. Take care and I wish there was something I could do to help at this sad time. I love ya, Jody

I was so sorry to hear of Sharon's passing. Although I won't be able to be with you on Monday, please know that I am thinking of you. In all the years we worked together at Oakhurst, there was never any doubt how much she loved her children, and then her grandchildren as they came along. I remember her ordering presents for her "grandbabies". She would have them shipped to Oakhurst and then excitedly show them to all of us. I'm not sure who was more excited about the gifts: her grandchildren receiving them, or her giving them. Sharon will be dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Lori, Lisa, Kari and Kathy,
We are so very saddened to learn of your loss. Sharon was truly an exceptional person, full of life, love and compassion, especially for others and most importantly for those who were most vulnerable and unable to advocate and/or care for themselves. There can be no greater calling in life than to desire to help others in their time of need and your mother thought first and foremost of those who really needed her. Whether racing down the hiway in an ambulance/medic unit enroute to help someone in need or simply bumping into her on the street there was always time to visit and a genuine warmth and interest in what was going on with you that made any length in time or absence of presence become transparent. Sharon was very proud of her children and grandchildren and loved you more than you can possibly imagine or ever really know. You were her life. We will miss her as a friend and as one of those few people in life who without ever really trying, set an example of citizenship and integrity that made you want to emulate her. Sharon was "real" and what you saw was what you got. A classy lady in every respect of the word and truly one of God's gifts to this world. Know that you as well as Sharon are in our thoughts and prayers and rest easy knowing that she will always be with you looking down from heaven with a never-ending smile as she exclaims...."That's one of my kids!" God Bless, John, Micheal, Mandy, Gabriel and Seth Eastin

I worked with Sharon for the past 5 years and this is a loss not only to my team but a very personal one as well. She filled the void when I lost my own mom. I have truly never met a more kind hearted, generous loving soul. However, if you hurt someone she loved she was the momma bear protecting her young. She cherished her family most which includes her doggies. I feel the greatest tribute to Sharon could be that you show your loved ones how much they mean to you every day as she did. I can envision her right now doing resets with God telling him "I need upc #..." while looking down at us guiding us on the right path. If we all take with us a small part of her goodness and pass it on, I think that would make her very happy. We have to grieve but I know she wants her loved ones to be happy in the long run. I only had a short time knowing her but she made a very significant dent in my life and I know we will see her again when our time comes. She was just one very special lady.

Dear Wayne: our thoughts are with you at this time of need. Sharon was such a sweet person. She was always willing to chat with us while waiting for Wayne to help us. She took an interest in our two children. She would laugh at Rachele, our two year, when she would say something only a two year would say.

We are so sorry for your loss. Darrel and I and our boys knew Sharon through Wayne. She was always interested in our family and how they were doing even if we only saw them a couple of times a year. Always told the boys to tell their mom hi from her. She was a very caring sweet lady. Our thoughts and love are with you at this sad time but know that her spirit will always be with you.

I am so sorry for your loss. Sharon was a second mother to me and we loved each other like family. She was caring and considerate every moment I knew her and loved everyone unconditionally. Sharon was most proud of her children and especially her grandkids who she loved to Christmas shop for the day after Thanksgiving..she always looked forward to their reactions. She will always remain in my heart.
Sincerely,
Melanie
