NA Judith Ann Garrett Judith Ann Garrett, 63, of Lacey, WA passed away on June 13, 2012 at Providence St Peter Hospital. Born on August 25, 1948 in Kansas City, KS, Judith was the daughter of Harold and Doris (Keith) Knapp. Surviving are two sons, Timothy Wane Garrett and Marc Daniel Garrett and two grandchildren.
