Obituary of Lucy Dike

None Lucy Dike 8/14/1916 - 6/15/2011 Lucy Allyn Helm was born on August 14, 1916 in Selvis, Illinois to Millard and Ada Helm. She married George Dike in 1941. They lived in Seattle and later on Hartstene Island where they enjoyed an active social life. Lucy was an expert bridge player and avid history buff, and was young at heart throughout her life. She passed away in her apartment at Panorama in Lacey, Washington on Wednesday, June 15th. She is preceded in death by her husband George Dike of Hartstene Island, her sister Patricia Rutherford of Olympia and her brothers Millard Helm, Jr. of Sequim and William Helm of Ocean Shores. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly. Lucy is being honored by a Relay for Life team this year, a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.
