Dear Bob and family: I was so sorry to hear of Linda's passing away. We worked together at Sunset Life over 30 years ago and she was always so kind and good to me. She was always loving, laughing and smiling even when I would run into her in later years. I know you will miss her greatly. She had just sent me a card when my son Jeremy died in March and I feel very honored to have received it. She was a blessing to all who knew her. With love and sympathy - Cindy

Dear Bob,
Linda was such a dear friend from Lincoln School days. We lived just a few blocks from one another, and I always considered her a loyal pal. So many laughs.
I'm so sorry for you and your family, but I'll cherish my good memories of Linda.

Bob and Family- What a sad time, but pat yourselves on the back for the caring that you all did for Linda. I only knew her for a few years, knew you all for a few years. The caring the love that you all showed, the caring all showed millions of miles to the heavens to her where she is safe now. Remember the good times. Remember her beauty, her laughter what she meant to each one of you. Although Linda is gone, she in a beautiful place for us to see again sometime later, we will all meet again. Good Bless The Cody Family--You are in our prayers, I send you my strength, All the way From Texas.

Dear “Dad Cody”, Dan, Kim, and Tom: I was so sad to hear about Mom Cody's passing. Although it’s been years since I last saw her, I very clearly and fondly remember her wonderful sense of humor, her playfully "feisty" personality and, most of all, her kindness. In the Cody home, all of Dan's, Kim's, and Tom's friends were treated like family. And even though I haven't seen her in about 20 years, it still feels appropriate to call her "Mom Cody". My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Bob and family,
So sorry to hear about Linda. It is very hard to lose someone who has been ill for so long. We all wanted her suffering to be over, but that meant she would be gone. It is a very tough road for the family, and I know the relief and sadness that you feel.
Bob, as you know, I lost Mom just a short time ago. I thought this was a very special verse, that heiped me a lot.
God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be, so He closed His arms around you and whispered " Come to Me." You didn't deserve what you went through and so He gave you rest, God's Garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best. And when I saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain, I could not wish you back to suffer that again.
With love and caring,
Linda

Bob, Dan and Family... We extend our thoughts to you at this time. In the fond memory category, I recall Mom Codys calls to our apartment in Pullman as I roomed with Dan. (1985-1987) She always had me laughing .. and a served up a great joke to sign off with. On many calls I remember her volunteering to type papers for us. Sharing a place with Dan, in her mind, was like being his brother and I really felt special within that kindness.
Linda Cody was a classy lady and I am glad I got to know her.

Bob, I remember in typing, Ms Bushnel's class, it was always Linda, Janet Davis and I, being the top three. I never could keep up with Linda and Janet so I always came in third. What memories of all of us going the full 4 yrs and the last 45 and especially working on all the reunions together. We will fondly remember Linda as our friend and always there to listen and help. Thanks for the emails and please let me know about memorial/funeral arrangements. Love, Linda T

I am so glad we were able to have all the years of fun together. They will be cherished. It takes time, but time moves on. Just remember the good times, and that will help. Dan, Kim, and Tom, you are like my own kids, and Bob, you are like a brother to me. God bless all of you. Love Dee
