Obituary of Sean M. Champlin

Sean M. Champlin Sean M. Champlin, 24, died April 9, 2008. He was born August 6, 1983. He attended St. Michael School through 5th grade, Black Lake Elementary in 6th grade; Tumwater Middle School; and Black Hills High School during 9th and 10th grades. He received his GED later. Sean worked in automotive repair. Among his interests were watching movies, playing and beating XBox games, wrestling and NASCAR racing. He was an excellent marksman and knew a lot about guns. Sean also liked four-wheeling in the mud. Sean is survived by his parents, Gary and Colleen Champlin; one brother and two sisters; grandparents, David and MaryLee Thorpe and Olivia Hatland. He was preceded in death by Sy Champlin, grandfather and Catherine Champlin, grandmother. Sean was a caring, loving guy who would do anything for others before himself. He will be missed very much by all who knew him. A memorial mass will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, April 25, 2008 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 1021 Boundary St. SE, Olympia. Donations may be sent in Sean’s name to Drug Awareness Prevention in lieu of flowers to Venture Bank.
