James Brown

Obituary of James Brown

James M. Brown James passed away peacefully on March 15, 2009. He was born November 13, 1965 in Frankfurt, Germany. Jim grew up around South Puget Sound and attended Tumwater High School. Later he worked at several local restaurants before selecting a career as a baker. He enjoyed the outdoors spending many days fishing and boating the lakes, rivers and sound. Jim was a strong man who fought all the adversities that life presented with admirable resilience yet never lost his sense of humor. A man that would always come to the aid of family or friends and ask for nothing in return. We will miss him dearly and he will always be in our hearts. James leaves his parents Stu & Earlene Carlson of Olympia, Jodi Kingery (Brown) of Tumwater, John (Woodinville) and Jerry (Bothell) Brown and many close relatives. All of us children would like to express our extreme gratitude and love for the caring support of our parents Stu and Earlene. The family will hold an informal remembrance at 1:00PM on Sunday March 29th 2009 at Odd Fellows Memorial Park in Tumwater. In lieu of flowers it is suggested remembrances be made to either the MS Society Greater Washington Chapter or the American Cancer Society. Both have websites for memorial donations.
