Fujiko was my neighbor in Sagamihara, Japan. I remember she always had the prize winning yard. She is a lovely person. She was always willing to help and is such a kind person. She was a good friend. God bless you Jim and your family.

Okasan--so glad that we got that last precious month with you. I'm so happy that you got to meet your new little grandbaby. You were a super grandmother to our girls. They are so proud of their Japanese heritage. :) It's very bittersweet coming back to Washington, so happy to move here--but wishing so much that we had more time with you. Love, Amy

I want you to know that you have many-many friends who have come forth and expressed their sadness on your departure to the heavenly world above. You brought into this world two fine boys that love you dearly, that have grown into mighty fine men that I know you are proud of. As for myself, I will miss you immensely and forever more. You are the love of my life My heart is sad that you are no longer by my side. But you are in my heart forever. I love you with all my heart.

My condolence to you and your family. Fujiko was a survivor who fought very strong for her health. I know if Kazu was here, she would be sadden because they both were likeable, caring people.
My prayers are with you and please be strong.

Mom,
You were always there for me when I needed you, no matter what. I know I wasn't always the easiest kid to deal with, but your love was unconditional. I know you are in a better place now, but I still miss you. I'm going to do my best to take care of your garden, I know how you always loved tending to it, no matter where we were stationed. I will love you forever and always.
Your son,
Toby

We will all miss Fuji!! She was a beautiful girl!! During our aqua aerobic classes at the Downtown "Y", she could just hop up onto the edge of the swimming pool so easily. She was very limber. It was nice to see and hug Fuji at Tumwater Old Town Center at lunchtime. A wonderful person!

I came to know Fujiko and Jim when they spent several days in our home in Oklahoma City. Scott's wife, Amy, is my granddaughter. Our son, Glenn and his wife,Linda, hosted a lovely reception following Scott's and Amy's marriage in Las Vegas.
Fujiko and Jim were delightful guests and we really felt we'd known them forever.
Fujiko was a warm, friendly person. Knowing she is no longer with us causes me to feel her loss. My thoughts and prayers are for her family.
