Patricia Antonelli

Obituary of Patricia Antonelli

Beloved mother, Patricia Margaret Antonelli passed away peacefully in her home on October 23, 2009. She was born on October 5, 1943 to Marie Robbins and Martin Joseph Robbins. She was raised in Rochester, Washington. After graduating from Rochester High School she then attended Centralia College where she received her training to be a Practical Nurse. She was introduced to the love of her life, Gary Antonelli, through Fred Antonelli (Gary’s father) in the Chehalis Yard Birds parking lot. Fred sold milk to Joyce Huffman, Patricia’s aunt. They were married within the year in October of 1966 and had two children which they raised in Lacey, Washington. She found joy in spending time with family and friends, watching the Mariners, listening to Allen Jackson, and playing the lottery (scratch tickets). One of her favorite trips was going to the beach which Gary and she enjoyed almost every weekend for many years. Family and friends knew her as a giving person, with a gentle and loving heart. Growing up she always told her children how much she loved them and how proud they made her. She also told them that throughout life they should “treat others as you want to be treated”, a saying she lived by. She was truly the greatest wife and mother a family could want and we were truly blessed to have had her in our lives. We will all greatly miss her. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Gary Antonelli and their two children, Marsha “Kellie” Anton, and John Antonelli; her two grandchildren, Vanessa Russell, Jaden Baack; and great grandchild, Hayden Rivero. She also leaves behind a brother, Marvin Robbins, and several aunts and uncles. A celebration of Patricia’s life is planned to he held at Tugboat Annie’s in Olympia, Washington on November 8th at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the American Diabetes Association. You may leave memories and condolences by clicking on "View Guestbook" below.
