Today was a complete loss, but oh well. I don't care. So it goes. Nothing going on , but shrug. Not much on my mind these days. Such is life.

My condolences to Roger and Barbara's family. I first met Barbara in the first grade at Glenoma School. Through the years we would catch up on the happenings of our lives at the Kosmos Picnic. I will miss seeing her there.

Roger and Family, You are in our thoughts and prayers. We will miss Barbara for her wit and her smile. May God bless you during this difficult time. I will be unable to come to the memorial as we have had a loss in our family as well. All her Altrusa sisters send their regards as well.

I grew up with Barb from the time she was 8 years old and both of our families lived in Glenoma. After I married and left there, we made contact again in Centralia when we were both mothers of preschool children. Her children went to school with mine and they both knew her after she began teaching in Centralia. When I told them how very ill she was, they remarked on what a fun person she was and her wonderful laugh and smile. Barb and I again lost touch for several years after we both left Centralia and about a year ago, I received an email from Barb and we took up our friendship as though we had never been apart. She was a wonderful, loving friend and I will miss her a lot. My heart goes out to all of you who loved her. She was definitely an original.

I first met your mom when we were both active in Rainbow Girls, which was in the late 50's and she was Worthy Advisor in Morton, and I was the same in Centralia. She was such a fun person to be around! Then I got to know her better when she taught at Centralia Middle School, along w/Tony and Anne. I think my sons, Danny and Stephen Mohney, had her for a teacher at CMS. She was instrumental in getting me on campus at Central Washington Univ. the summer of 1976, when I was finishing up my 5th year. I will always remember her great laugh and wonderful smile. I know there will always be an ache in your heart....but you know that she loved you all dearly and everyone loved her, too. My sincere sympathy to all of her children......she was a wonderful lady......

Barbara was my quilting teacher and buddy at Desert Aire RV Resort. She was the moving force behind the quilt group there. She always was anxious to share any new ideas as well as her expertise. She was an amazing, caring person and I shall certainly miss her. My condolences to all her family.
