Sandy was my Partner In Life, Best Friend Forever, and sister that I never had, all rolled into one. The best years of my life were spent with this wonderful woman and I have so many great memories of the time we spent together. She made me a better person just by being who she was. The words of comfort and support I have received from family and friends are a but a reflection of what she meant to everyone. I miss her more than words can say and I will hold her in my heart forever.

Sandy was one of the kindest people I will ever know. She always made time for family and stopped by to visit our family when she was in town. I’m sure she didn’t know what joy she brought to all our lives, but she did that and more. Sandy has a good soul and there is a special place in heaven for her. With my deepest sympathy, your cousin, Debbie Rose-Armstrong

I met Sandy in 1983 when we both worked for Evergreen Legal Services. We quickly became friends and I always loved how accepting and easy she was to be around.
Sandy was caring and kind and funny and generous. We shared many experiences, troubles and joys – she was a supportive friend throughout the years and always pointed out the “bright side” of any disaster, big or small.
I will miss Sandy tremendously. As she always said: “It is what it is” — and it was terrific.

Debbie and I had the pleasure of knowing Sandy for many years. As sometimes too often, a good, kind hearted person is taken from us way too soon. I never heard a unkind word come from her heart. Jim, “Beaver” and I would always look forward to working for Sandy and Bev, whether it was in Hoquiam, Aberdeen, the “Beach” house, or even up in the Seattle area. The name Sandy Wagner will always bring a smile to our faces!
“Lord, extend your peace to the entire family, in this difficult time” Amen

Sandy is my one and only sister. I will miss her loving concern for me and my family. I was blessed beyond belief that she was my older sister. I would have been someone different if I was an “lonely only”. I will miss her vocie, her face, her love, her clam chowder, her fudge at Christmas, her listening ear, her ease of conversation, her visits to the farm, my visits to Hoquiam, her warm squishy hugs, our facetime conversations, her knowing me as only she could.
