Obituary of Delores A. Stewart

Delores A. Stewart Our mother, Delores Ann Stewart, left this world on October 28th, 2013, to be reunited with her lifelong love Charlie, who preceded her in death March 2012. She was born December 3rd, 1926, and had been a lifelong resident of the Yelm area. She leaves behind her children, Linda Nielsen (Larry), Sandy Shultz (Dennis), Chuck Stewart (Cindy), Debbie Birkland (Rocky); her very favorite people, her 9 grandchildren, Richie, Robynne, Sundee, Randal, Charlie, Courtney, Emily, Katie, Cody; and her 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends. Delores retired from the Yelm Post Office in 1983. She and Dad then spent many years traveling and enjoying their family. She enjoyed fishing, clamming, shrimping, gardening, canning and baking, but her favorite times were when her family was together, especially Christmas Eve which she always made very special. Her loving, caring ways will be missed by all who knew her. We thank the staff of The Hampton for the loving care they gave mom the past 2 years. Please sign the guestbook and leave condolences below.
