Obituary of James L. Shipman

James L. Shipman was born on December 1, 1954. On April 18, 2013, with his family by his side, Jim lost his battle with cancer. Jim leaves behind his wife, Pamela Shipman; daughter, Jamie (Seth); grandsons, Ethan, Calvin and Colton; daughter, Bridget; and grandchildren, Kristine and Tyler. Jim is survived by his sisters, Debbie, Teri, Becky and Shelly; brothers, Andy, Tom and Jeff, along with many other family members. An avid fisherman and hunter, Jim will be missed not only by his family, but by the best of friends. The family would like to send a special thank you to Panorama City and Hospice for their care and compassion during this time.
