I remember your smile and the way you always made those around you laugh. You had that gift of making people look at the lighter side. I think of you often and although it hurts my heart that you left us so early it always makes me so grateful that I have memories of you.

I am so sorry for your loss I honestly know how you are feeling My oldest was killed in a car vs tree accident also on a rainy night and twisty road. It is the hardest thing you ever face. I want to thank you for the wonders you do at WCCW My daughter is now in your program Jessica Duncan and I am impressed with the sence of accomplishment and hope she has ( her brothers death was a major factor in many of her poor decisions, she was sure she would not live past his age of death.) The only advise i can give is to remember all the good times delight in the joys of memories and focus on the accomplishments you achieve. The works you do for others are amazing and keeping going is the best medicine. I truly am sorry and my thoughts and prayers are with you. If you need to talk (loosing a child is the hardest thing a parent ever faces) feel free to call or get in touch, 360 697-2273. Marilynn Maas-Jones

I do not know your family but am so very sorry for your loss. Hearing about such tragedies especially to a young life is so heartbreaking. Please continue to rely on our Heavenly Father and gain comfort from the hope He gives through his word the Bible of a time in the very near future when He promises to do away with all things that cause tears and pain. (1Cor. 15:26; Rev. 21:4,5)

To the Petermann family,
As a previous TOP Food (Lacey) employee and coworker of Travis’, my deepest sorrow goes out to you for the loss of your loved one. It is never easy to lose someone so dear to our heart; especially one so young and full of life and opportunities. Day by day, hour by hour, step by step, one breath at a time….I hope, together, you will be able to let go of this tragedy and keep Alex’s memory alive with the love, laughter and joy he brought into your world. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
With much sympathy,
Shannon

Suzette & Family – No words can express the sorrow I feel for your family. I only worked with Alex for about a year before I left Top Foods. But, it became quite evident after the first few times we chatted that he was a really nice young man. Always very respectful & polite, but I also got to see his sense of humor on several occasions. Even after I left, he always made a point to say “Hi” whenever I came into the store to shop. Please know he made a difference in this world! – Gwen Chase

I’ve worked with Alex for the last several years and have spent lots of time just talking about various topics, he always seemed to be in a happy mood and I would see him just laughing and having fun with everyone. Hard to find the words to express to his family how sorry I am. He made an impact on so many of us.

With deepest sympathy Shirley
