Obituary of Harvey M. Drewry

Harvey M. Drewry, 93, passed away May 20, 2018, in Olympia, Washington, where he was born February 13, 1925, to Orrien D. and Carroll M. (Brainard) Drewry. He attended Collins Grade School and graduated from Olympia High School in 1942. Harvey married Beverly J. O’Neill on January 6, 1947 in Olympia. Harvey loved fishing, farming, horses, raising Polled Herefords, snowmobiling, quad riding, traveling and camping with family and friends. He was an honorary member of the Junco Snowmobile Club. He is survived by his son, Harley N. (Paulette) Drewry of Idaho; daughters, Ardith N. (George) Stark and Linda I. Wilson, both of Olympia; grandchildren, Tammy (Jeff) Anderson of Idaho, Tammie (Kelly) Wilson of Olympia, Kayla (Bumper) Morris Jr. of Lake Tapps, Ian Drewry of Lake Tapps, and Catlin Drewry of Lake Tapps; great grandchildren, Brandon (Katrina) Wilson of Olympia, Taylor Wilson of Tumwater, Ryder Morris of Lake Tapps, Evan Drewry of Lake Tapps, and Bailey Drewry of Lake Tapps; and sister, Shirley I. Caldwell of Lacey. He was predeceased by his wife, Beverly J. (O’Neill) Drewry; parents, Orrien and Carroll Drewry; and sister, Norma C. Jones.
