Obituary of James Anthony Horn

James passed away December 19, 2013 in Olympia, Washington, at the age of 56 due to lung cancer. He was born February 1, 1957 to John and Sharon Anglin in Olympia. James graduated from Olympia High School and later attended Bates Technical College, where he focused on carpentry. Professionally, he was a safety consultant in the commercial construction industry. He married Wendy Parker on November 25, 1995. James loved helping people in need—friends, family or strangers. He had a great sense of humor and always made people laugh. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, rock collecting, working with wood, and being a father & grandfather. He was a member of the IOOF. James is survived by his mother, Sharon Dziekonski and father, Rick Horn; wife, Wendy Horn; daughters, Nicole Horn (Bobby Sorger) and Patricia Rogers (Anthony); granddaughter, Harmony; brother, John Horn; and sister, Marta Pier.
