I first met Jeff when he was about 11 years old. I loved him like a son, and am truly broken, and angry at the same time. I feel like I’ve lost a son. Jeff had a big heart, and a joy to be around. My wife, daughters and son truly loved him. We had years of great times together, camping at Mount Rainier, riding bikes, and just hanging out. I’ve been praying for Jeff, for several years, and know I’ll see him again. I’ve always seen him as that 11 year old kid, as he was when we first met. Rest in peace Jeff. You were loved and will be missed very much.

Jeff was such a kind, loving, tender soul. He cared and loved deeply. He is loved and missed by many. Jeff and I were very close. So close in fact, we called each other brother and sister. We confided in each other. We laughed together, we cried together. We were so alike in many ways. He was absolutely one of the most selfless people i have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He didnt have much but he would give his last dollar to someone who needed it more. Unfortunately, Jeff loved and cared so deeply, it put him into a bad depression. He felt other peoples pain and carried it with him. May his soul be forever in peace now. May he no longer suffer or feel pain anymore. He will forever be in our thoughts and in our hearts. I will never forget all the amazing memories we shared. I love you and miss you brother. Until we meet again. ❤❤❤ R.I.Paradise Jeffery Scott Gall

Our family is so greatful for the great times, laughter, saddnes, frustrations from time to time, that’s what family is all about. The biggest joy Jeff brought to our family is Tosh Nolan ( bubba) as his daddy called him. Jeff always knew that our doors where always open to him and that we will always be there for our little and T. Jeffrey may you rest with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. ~Amen

I don’t even know where to begin, Jeff was the funniest person I’ve ever met, he was so caring and giving, if it came down to him eating or me, he would always choose me. He was the person you called only trying to ask a question and then end up talking for hours on the phone with. His smile and laugh made you feel at home with him, he was always there for others when they needed someone, he was amazing and so loved, I cant count the times I watched him fall on his butt off his skateboard and just laugh and laugh about it, my exboyfriend was very close with Jeff I only knew him for three years, but I will always remember and love him dearly. R.i.p Jeff ♡♡♡
