Claudia was like a mom to me. When we were preteens she always had great and comforting advice. One of my favorites was wear your bra to bed so you don’t get saggy. We were always welcome in her home and she was definitely a lot of fun! See you later mom Claudia!

I will miss you Aunt Claudia! You were such a wonderful sister to my mother Elaine. I hate that we lived so far away from you and didn’t get to see you as often as we would have liked. We did enjoy what time we got to spend with you and your family that you loved so much.

One of my favorite memories of Claudia was when we were building a deck at Uncle Walt and Aunt Mick’s near Glacier Park. Claudia was sitting there watching us set the posts for the foundation of the deck and she just couldn’t believe that those post were level. She kept telling us that that deck was going to be going downhill. Then Dad, Linda, Uncle Walt and Aunt Mick went to Salome to build a garage for them while I was in California for my prostate cancer treatment. We enjoyed taking Susie for walks and watching the quail and other birds at feeding time. I’ll miss her.

To my dear friend Brenda and her family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your mother, Claudia. Like you have said, “you’re really not ever quite prepared for how you will feel.” I know she will be greatly missed!
I feel so privileged to have been a part of your lives for 43 years now! To have been able to share “life” with your family. I have wonderful memories of travel and laughter. When I think if your mom I think of her peaceful, mellow demeanor, her “chuckully” laugh and Her wonderful artistic talent! I feel so blessed to be a recipient of several of her paintings which I will forever cherish. It was so nice to read of her life, much of which I did not know, And hear of all the lives she touched sharing her talents.
Claudia,
You will be missed. Your life was a blessing to many. Thank you for the blessed gift you gave to me…My Best Friend, Brenda.
Family and Friends,
May God give you Peace and a Joy in all the memories.
