Obituary of Nancy Lee Hamilton

Nancy Lee Hamilton passed away November 1, 2023, in Olympia, Washington.  She was born November 19, 1944, to Elvis G. Wiggins and Clair Mae Worden in Yakima, Washington, and resided in Centralia, Washington, for 49 years.

 

Nancy graduated from Adna High School in Chehalis, Washington.  Professionally, she worked for and retired from Weyerhaeuser, where she was a tree improvement grower, traveling to different nurseries.

 

She was an avid flower grower, specializing in fuchsias, and was a member of the Fuchsias Society. She enjoyed card games and singing and dancing with her kids.  Family was her top priority; she loved them very much.

 

Nancy is survived by her sons, Jerry, Michael, Tommy and Brian; daughters, Theresa, Christine and Trina; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Ron Wiggins and David Wiggins; and sister, Cindy Landengloss.  She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Kenneth Hamilton; granddaughter, Tanja; grandson, Kenneth; daughter, Corrine Greer; and brother, Jim Wiggins.

 

Services will be held Friday, November 17, 2023, 11:30 a.m. at Centralia Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1607 Military Road, Centralia, WA 98531.  A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Grand Mound Cemetery, 6300 183rd Ave. SW, Rochester, WA 98579.
