My heart goes out to the Bullinger family, and I’m so sad to hear of Neal’s passing. I have known the Bullinger family for as long as I can remember. Neal was always so nice and willing to help in any way. When we came back from the Philippines I was learning how to drive but I was nervous to take my test in our 5 speed. So Neal happily volunteered his car which was a compact with an automatic transmission. He went to the DMV with me and I passed the first time. I’ll never forget. RIP my friend, and I’ll see you again in Glory!
