Obituary of Ingeburg Cecilia Gehousky

Ingeburg Cecilia Gehousky, 89, passed away July 23, 2022, in Olympia, Washington.  She was born July 3, 1933, to Andreas and Luisa Pfefferle in Worms, Germany. A recent resident of Yelm, Washington, she also lived in Lindewold, New Jersey, for 35 years.

 

Ingeburg was a self-employed caregiver, who loved pretty things like her fine china and crystal, and was rarely without her high heels.  She loved gardening, entertaining and making her famous potato salad.  Playing cards and going to the casino gave ger great pleasure.  But most of all, she loved being with her family.

 

Ingeburg is survived by her son, Andrew C. Choplin of Olympia; daughter, Louise M. King of Glassboro, New Jersey; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her parents; husband, William J. Gehousky; and son, Ronald J. Choplin.

 

In addition to her family, she will be greatly missed by her close circle of friends, especially Florence and Renate!
