I could tell in a minute after meeting Vic that he was a stand-up guy. He took care of himself and his family, worked as only a self employed individual can do (as in hard working, dependable and good at his craft). He was the type guy who was independent, did excellent work and didn't lean on anybody, but if you needed help, he would be there. He had common sense, humility and could laugh at himself when it was needed. Additionally and of significant importance to me, Vic was a patriot. What more can one say about a guy for whom family, God and country were all of great importance to his life. It was an honor to have met and gotten to know him. He is duly missed.

Vic was the kind of neighbor everyone would love to have. He was always quick to help, always a wave or a smile as you drove past. He will long be remembered and missed. Mike & Dianne, lucky neighbors.

I had the privilege of meeting Vic on a job site of another contractor where we were helping him finish a home. We became good friends after we recognized we had similar ideals about work and quality craftsmanship. We both cared about our customers, the quality of the end product as well as the sub contractors that worked with us to make it happen. Vic was not shy about expressing his thoughts, sometimes would come across gruff, sarcastic and even a bit angry, but mostly with a wit and great sense of humor that made it a pleasure and fun to work together. We would go on to work together on each other's projects for the next 12 years. Those were 12 of the best years of my career and I owe a great responsibility of that to my friend Vic. He was my best friend in work and outside of work. Vic was always there for me in good times and bad times. But he was like that with most people he knew, always offering to help, doing things to help. I have many memories of good times, fun times with Vic.
Vic loved Sandy, he loved his family and loved his country. He was a real American.
He will be missed by all who benefited by really knowing him.
I miss you, Brother! RIP
