Obituary of Nancy Lee Horger

Nancy Lee Horger, 69, beloved wife, amazing mom, wonderful grandma, and awesome friend, passed away peacefully at home in Olympia, Washington, on May 5, 2022, with her family by her side.  She was an only child, born to John and Tomiko Smith in Fort Roberts, Indiana, on September 17,1952. 

 

Nancy married the love of her life, Richard Edmond Horger, on January 22, 1972, in San Jose, California. Together they had two children, John Horger and Jennifer Hackworth. 

 

Nancy enjoyed storm watching at the beach, camping, festivals, cooking shows, watching movies, spending time with her grandkids (spoiling them), and all kinds of animals. 

 

Our hearts are broken and miss her so much, but our peace is knowing she is with our Heavenly Father.  

 

Please join us to celebrate her life on Saturday, June 11, 2022, 12:00 p.m. at Rochester Life Assembly of God, 9923 183rd Way SW, Rochester, WA 98579.
