Ruth Wyatt

Obituary of Ruth Ahlheim Wyatt

Ruth Ahlheim Wyatt, 89, passed away August 24, 2018 in Morton, Washington. One of ten children, she was born September 9, 1928 to Otto and Eva Ahlheim in Cudahy, California.

She married Raymond Wyatt in 1968, and they lived in Long Beach, California, until their divorce in 1982.  She moved to Victorville, California, and then to Washington state in 2008.

Ruthie was the nicest woman.  She didn’t have a lot of material things but she loved everyone.  You could always count on her. She babysat a lot of her nieces and nephews.  She loved to make funny faces, care for her animals, and crochet (She was a lefty so it was hard to teach us right-handed kids!).  She loved music, all kinds, even a couple of “rap” songs.  She also loved to dance; she would dance at home when music was playing.

She is survived by her loving son, Michael Ahlheim, who stood by his mom’s side his entire life; and brother, Dick Ahlheim. She was predeceased by eight siblings, Raymond, Otto, Walt, Edward, Doris, Ronald, Ralph and Allen.
