She was born to Peter Palmquist and Sally Palmquist on April 18th, 1958, in Paris, France. She was a resident of Tumwater for the last 13 years. She is survived by her husband, Mike Lander; children Erik Jonte, Amanda Jonte, Stacie Wright, Christopher Lander, and Jacob Lander; mother Sally Palmquist; sisters Anna May and Libby Palmquist; uncles Carl Palmquist and John Palmquist.
