Obituary of Richard Philip Niemer

Richard Philip Niemer, Jr., born April 27, 1950 in Detroit, MI, passed away unexpectedly on December 3, 2013. The loving father of his dear Tessa Rose, Richard was a graduate of Seattle Prep and Seattle University. An internationally renowned master pistol smith and the winner of numerous prestigious pistol shooting competitions, Richard was also an exceptionally gifted musician. Above all, he was the devoted father of his treasure, Tessa Rose. Richard was the oldest of the eight children of Richard Philip, Sr. and Dorothy Niemer. He is survived by his mother, by his seven siblings and, of course, by Tessa Rose. He was taken from us far too soon.
