Thinking about you this evening. You are such a strong spirit. Always–ALWAYS–there for others. Remembering your support when I was stressed about something….Me thinking that you were invincible. Still coming to terms that I will have to pray when I talk with you–but I know that you are still with us. You understood the spiritual nature of our existence. Peace in knowing that you found your ground wire with Kay. Love, Bernie

I knew Marv through Kay. Both attended several shows. I had the good fortune of running into Marv driving school bus a month before his passing and was so happy to see him. He seemed very happy driving bus and excited to be at Olympic View that day. Take care Kay and I’ll see you soon.

Marv, my good freind we were so sad to find out you are no longer with us and I want you to know you are so missed. We met a long time ago and became good friends. We had good times together at work and at play whether it was shooting a game of pool at Julians, having a couple beers, having dinner with my parents, hanging out with friends or going to concerts. You were the encyclepedia of music knowledge especially Rock & Roll:) You were always so good to people, honest with your friends and those you worked with. You were always willing to help anyone who needed you. You were a true class act. I always thought of you as a true friend and will so miss you. Good luck with your new jounery and God bless you my good freind.

Marv, my bro in law. I will truly miss your sunny and upbeat personality but most of all the way you treated those around you. Your fairness and kindness will be remembered in my heart forever. I feel honored to have known a person like you.

He was a wonderful, kind-hearted man with a great sense of humor, I already miss his hilarious stories and corny jokes. I am so thankful that he was a part of our lives. He was so good to my mom and a most excellent Grandpa to my kids. I will cherish the DVD he made for my children and all the music CDs he made for me over the years. There will never be another like him. We love you Grandpa Marv!

Kay- I’m so sorry to hear this sad news. He will be remembered as a gentleman, the kind that you just don’t see anymore. Marv always had a smile on his face, and the girls at work always enjoyed seeing him giggle at the silly little pet names that we came up with for him…Marvy, Marvelicious and even Marvysaurus. I hope you know that we all cared deeply for Marv, but none more than my daughter Kylie, who’s heart is broken over this. She will keep the valentine that he made for her last year forever. Please let us know if there is anything we can do…we are all here for you.
