Obituary of Philomena Mary Kliem

Philomena Mary Kliem, 89, passed away August 21, 2014 in Olympia, Washington. She was born November 11, 1924 to Rocco and Mathilda (Daniels) Jacomino in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was married to Arnold Kliem from May 4, 1949 until his death in July 1999. Living in Lacey, Washington the past 20 years, Philomena was a Navy spouse who also lived at duty stations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. She had a colorful, gregarious personality and always loved to cook you a meal and say hello to a child. She especially loved caring for her family and their pets. She is survived by her sons, Ralph Kliem of Redmond, Washington, and John Kliem of Olympia; and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Arnold; sister, Henrietta Orrison; and brothers, John Jacomino, Matthew Jacomino, and Frank Jacomino.
