Obituary of Karla Marie Jenson

Karla passed away January 7, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 3, 1950, to Myron “Kink” and Lucille Jenson at the old St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington. Karla was married to Christopher “Kitt” Mott for 28 years and, prior to their divorce in 1996, they raised four children, Kenneth Duane, Brian Christopher, Bret Alan and Kara Marie Bowman (Mott). Karla was known by all as such an awesome and caring person, a great friend, mom and grandma. She loved horses, her pets, yard work and always seemed on the go. Nascar, NHRA, moto and supercross, Seahawks, Sonics and Mariners were known to often frequent her TV screen, and she liked a few beers to boot. She will be missed by all who have known her. She is survived by her daughter, Kara and husband James Bowman of Tenino; sons, Bret of Olympia and Brian of Lewiston, Idaho; and grandchildren, Karissa and Jamaal Bowman of Tenino, Keegan and Cooper Mott of Olympia, and Anthony Rotella and Dakota Mott of Lewiston. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Malcom (Mick) Scott; and son, Kenny. Please leave memories of Karla or condolences for her family in the Guestbook below.
