Obituary of Dawn Goetting Buerger

Dawn Goetting Buerger passed away peacefully after a prolonged illness on December 11, 2013 surrounded by her family at the home of her parents, Shelly and Harold Goetting. Dawn was an Olympia High School graduate and, after a fun-filled year at WSU, she joined her father in the insurance business. She lived in Federal Way for most of her life. Dawn is survived by her husband, Ron Buerger; her daughter, Evian Boxell and husband, Chris; granddaughters, Bella and Riely; grandson, Hunter; parents; sisters, Susan Goetting, Judy Munson and Linda Belcher; brother, Jeff Goetting; and their extended families. Dawn was a lifelong lover of the Washington Coast and the Puget Sound. Her favorite place to relax was on the deck of her parents’ waterfront home.
