Obituary of Arianna Mae Herron

Arianna Mae “Ari” Herron passed away February 17, 2023, in Lacey, Washington.  She was born June 23, 2005, in Wenatchee, Washington, the oldest child born to Jamie Million.

Besides her mother Jamie, Arianna left behind her brothers, Hunter and Eldon; her stepdad, Kil (Jamie’s partner); her extended siblings by Amy, Lucas, Emi, and Alyce; grandparents, Tom and CC, who loved and spoiled their first grandchild; great-grandpa, Clifford; uncles, Arron, Seth, Rey and Josh; and many aunts.  She had tons of family that was not blood-related, who had adopted her and her family and their own.  Her “Aunt” Linda was like an extra mom and loved Ari fiercely, setting a woman-of-strength example and being a mentor.  She had Chelsie who accepted Ari and guided her through love, sensitivity, and humor.  She had Kat, who gave her guidance through examples of fierceness and tough love.  She had her sibling’s mom, Amy, who guided her with love, empathy, and support.  She had many extra “moms” throughout her life.  It really did take a village to raise Ari.

Ari also had Jenny, a mentor, who was like a big sister. In addition, Ari left behind two best friends, Amaya and Angie.  Angie was her lifetime bestie and Amaya met her as a child but reunited with her a year ago.  Both bonds were fierce, loving, full of humor, laughs, sisterly fights, and good heartedness. Ari also enjoyed John (her best friend Angie’s dad) as her lifetime “bonus dad.”

Ari was goofy, funny, fun-loving, good-hearted, outgoing, smart, sensitive, and sweet.  She had a soft spot for babies and children. She would always offer to babysit and grew up surrounded by children.  She wanted to be a teacher.  She also loved animals and the outdoors.

Ari had many hobbies, including music (playing the flute), singing, watching movies on Netflix, crafts, working out, writing, reading books, giving big words of the day, doing her make-up and hair, and DIY projects.

Ari touched so many people’s lives and left imprints on people wherever she went.  She was loved by so many people and they loved her in return.  There are too many to list them all individually.  They are all very valued in the lives of Ari and her family.
