Obituary of Tammy Jean Nale

Tammy Jean Nale passed away March 13, 2023, in Olympia, Washington.  She was born May 23, 1964, to Robert and Barbara Rhoades in Los Angeles, California. 

 

Tammy graduated from High Desert High School in 1980 and Clover Park Technical College for Medical Assistance in 2002.  She worked as a medical assistant for 20 years. She married Donald Gregg in 1984 in Hesperia, California.

 

Tammy was an outgoing and fun-loving friend and mother.  She had no filters, was always down for a good time, made everyone around her laugh, and cooked the best meals she could for everyone. She loved cooking, thrift shopping, picnics by the Capitol waterfront, singing, listening to music, watching hummingbirds, and viewing Animal Planet.

 

She is survived by her daughter, Cheyenne Nale of Tacoma, Washington; brothers, Kirk Rhoades of Texas, Jerry Rhoades and Doug Rhoades, both of California; sister, Karen Hellenthal of Washington. She was predeceased by her parents, and sister, Kimberlee Rhoades.

 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023, 2:00 p.m. at Lacey Community Center, 6729 Pacific Ave. SE, Lacey, WA 98503.
