Obituary of Reola Lee Robinson

Reola Lee “Lee Lee” Robinson passed away February 25, 2022, in Olympia, Washington, her home of 24 years.  She was born January 17, 1937, to Reece and Lola Bowen in Olympia.  Over the years, she also lived in Tenino, Washington, and Fortuna, California.

 

Reola graduated from Fortuna Union High School, and married Jack Robinson on March 16, 1955, in Carlota, California.  She owned and operated the Tenino Creamery Florist and Antique Shop; and built and operated the Tenino Mobile Home Park with her husband. 

 

She was a member of the Tenino Chamber of Commerce and served on the Tenino City Council.  She also was involved in legislation with the Washington Mobile Homes Association to which she belonged.  A creative person, Reola loved flower arranging, gardening, painting, basket making, and baking.

 

She is survived by her husband, Jack; sons, Kim, Dain and Lete Robinson; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; mother, Lola Bowen, and sisters, Connie Barlow and Renee Bowen Corcoran.  She was predeceased by her twin sister, Leola, who died as an infant; her father, Reece Bowen; and grandson, Randen Robinson.

 

Burial at Forest Grove Cemetery, 18011 Northcraft Rd. SE, Tenino, WA 98589.
