Obituary of Marilyn G. Wysocki

Marilyn had 73 glorious years of living and loving.  She passed away of pancreatic cancer on Oct. 12, 2021, in Olympia, Wash.  She was born July 23, 1948, to Chester and Helen (Keyerleber) Wysocki in Cleveland, Ohio.  She also lived in San Jose, Calif., from 1982 to 2015.

 

Marilyn graduated from Parma High School in 1966, and married Edward Moscibrocki Jr. on September 6, 1969 in Parma.  She was remarried in December 1982 to Marguerite M. Jackson in San Jose.

 

Marilyn was brilliant, generous, funny, kind, determined and devoted. She loved rain, baseball, hook rugs, books, cats, movies, and Mother Nature. She worked as an electronic assembler for most of her career, and was a member of the Capital City Newcomers Club.

 

Marilyn is survived by her life partner, Marguerite M. Jackson; daughter, Cathleen Janowitz; and grandchildren, Jennie Phillips and Izzy Rich.  Her parents predeceased her.

 

There will be memorial gatherings at the Olympia residence on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, 3:00-7:00 p.m.; Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021, 12:00-4:00 p.m.; and Saturday, July 23, 2022.  Memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA or American Cancer Society.
