Obituary of Juliet Rico White

Juliet Rico White passed away of cancer on September 29, 2021 in Olympia, Washington, her home of 21 years.  She was born July 31, 1967, to Romulo Rico and Warlina Cabacungan in Paoay, Illocos Norte, Philippines.

 

Juliet graduated high school from Mariana Marcos State University, Class of 1984; and graduated from the Philippine Air Force College of Aeronautics, Class of 1988. Professionally, she worked for the United States Postal Service as a postal clerk.

 

Juliet was kind, loving, and very hard working.  She focused much of her energy towards the lives of daughters, Leann and Lisa.  She enjoyed spending time with them, and watching them perform in dance productions. Juliet loved gardening, and going to nurseries to buy plants; she was a rose enthusiast.  She also loved going to the ocean, fishing, digging clams, and getting crabs and other seafood.  She enjoyed clothes shopping, and traveling.

 

Juliet is survived by her husband, Robert B. White of Olympia; daughters, Leann White and Lisa White, both of Olympia; brothers, Roy, Dexter and Joel, all of Ilocos Norte; and sisters, Ophelia of Manila, Philippines, and Myrna and Lanie of Ilocos Norte.
