Obituary of Lance Christian Mansfield
A 20-year resident of Rochester, Washington, Lance Christian Mansfield passed away March 5, 2021 in Olympia, Washington, as a result of a rapid onset asthma attack. He was born February 13, 1963, to John and Barbara Mansfield in San Diego, California.
Lance graduated from Timberline High School (Lacey, Washington) in 1981, and was manager of Bailey’s IGA grocery store in Rochester. He loved hunting, fishing, and camping.
He was fun-loving, happy-go-lucky, and generous. He never knew a stranger that didn’t become his friend. He also was a patriot who loved his country.
Lance is survived by his sons, Derick Watson, Sean Mansfield, and Zack Cox; five grandchildren; father, John Mansfield; brother, Juan Pacheco (Leonila); and sisters, Terrill Anderson (Gary) and Shana Mansfield. He was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Mansfield; and niece, Barbara Ann Pacheco.
