Obituary of Deborah Kirstin Owen

Deborah Kirstin Alcorn Owen passed away due to complications of diabetes on February 19, 2021, in Olympia, Washington.  She was born August 31, 1952, to Helen and Boyd Owen in Susanville, California. 

She graduated from North Thurston High School in 1970, and worked in Washington State government until her retirement in 1995.

Deborah had a sweet and gentle nature.  She had many lifetime friends who will miss her.  She had pets all of her life, until she could no longer care for them.

She is survived by her brother, Rick Owen; sister-in-law, Lou Owen; and niece, Keri Owen.
