We were shocked and saddened to hear about Dale's untimely and tragic death. We became acquainted with Dale and Andrea while playing soccer a few years back, and we remember Dale fondly. He was a very personable and easy going guy. Our condolences to Andrea and all the Drewry Family.

Condolences from McCleary. I wasn't aware Dale was born here, I picked a photo of the train downtown on display behind cyclone fence.
I am so extremely sorry for your loss. My heart breaks for you. Every cliche in the book, several cuss words and literal curses to the dastardly, preventable tragedy.
May peace fill the burning pit of rage that must ignite and burn to fruition for this loss. Our ancestors are with you.

My thoughts and condolences to Dale's family on their tragic loss. Dale was my friend. He was a stabilizing influence in an unstable world and always encouraged me to excel.
Sometimes it feels like we have all the time in the world. And then we are savagely reminded that we don't. In the end, it is those who remember us that bring value to our lives. Please find comfort that Dale touched many, many lives and there are many of us who grieve his loss and will remember him.

I did not know Dale well but the warmth of his greeting always made you feel you were in the company of a good friend. In the past few years i have heard many stories of Dale. Surveyors like to tell stories and i expect to hear many more stories about Dale. To me the one thing that stands out about Dale is the many people who have told me he was a mentor to them. He will live on in his good work with the many whos lives he has touched. We have a candle lit for him tonight and will lift a glass at the fire to his good deeds.

Dale was my Mentor and My friend. I learned so much form him during his days here at HGP. He was a great co-worker but even a better friend. I always had a great time with him playing golf, skiing, or the countless safety meetings we had back in the day. I will miss not being able to stop by and share a beer with my friend and talk about life.

I've known Dale since I was a little girl, seven or eight to be exact and I'm 50 now. His oldest brother married my sister and we've been a part of this family for a very long time. Every one of the boys are unique, Dale especially, his kindness exhumed from every part of his body, a smile that was so very contagious no matter what your mood, you would smile back. Greatly loved by all and Friends of many. May you rest in peace, taken way too soon but never forgotten . Thank you for touching my sister's life, and my life. We love you Dale.

We will never forget Dale bringing us firewood during a snowstorm when we lost power and could not get out of our driveway. We interacted with him many times over the 16 years we have been neighbors but this thoughtful gesture stands out to us and reflects what a kind and thoughtful person he was.
