Obituary of Angie Kay Rosenboom

Angie Kay Rosenboom, age 63, passed away October 31, 2019 in Seattle, Washington, her home the past seven years.  She was born January 3, 1956 to Robert E. and Barbra A. Fisher in Shenandoah, Iowa. She also lived in Lacey, Washington from 1989 to 2002.

Angie graduated from high school in Lincoln, Nebraska.  She married and later divorced Mark Stevens and then Kevin Rosenboom.  Professionally, she worked in radio and advertising, from which she retired.

Angie was very outgoing, ambitions, passionate, caring and determined.  She was an amazing mother, and also enjoyed helping others.  She loved music, family, and holidays.  She also enjoyed travel, fishing, the outdoors, and was an avid Nebraska Cornhusker fan.

She is survived by her son, Drake D. Stevens (wife, Jessica); four grandchildren; brother, Steve Fisher (wife, Shella) of Chicago, Illinois; and sister, Tina Carter (husband, Byron) of Coin, Iowa.  She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Barbra Fisher; and brothers, Timothy Fisher and David Fisher.

Services will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2020, 2:00 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery, 307 E. Carter St., Shenandoah, Iowa 51601.
