Ron is sorely missed by me, and I hope he and Carl have found each other wherever they are in the universe. We met in 1971 on Long Lake when Ron and Lois rented the apartment in the duplex where we were living and moved in with their daughter,Debbie. It was a beautiful sunny day and a vivid memory was the prediction by their friends that we would love them as neighbors. How very true that was. We weren't neighbors all that long because we had bought a house, but the friendship lasted and lasted. It included dinner exchanges, Debbie babysitting, anniversary celebrations, holidays, the wine league, bocci ball, wonderful discussions, politics and on and on. Now Lois and I will live as widow friends. Ron you are missed.
I really miss Ron. He was an interesting person to talk to and more intellectual than many of the folks I talk to. I agree he really liked foods and talked to me a lot about food. I know it is a great loss to your family. He spoke very kindly of his you especially Lois and his daughter. I am sure you had many good years full of adventures together. I also liked that he did not complain really though he had plenty of things he could have complained about with his health. My heart is with you in this difficult time.
You are forever in my heart Mr "B". We will see you again one day :-)
Fuzzy warm Hugs to your family and friends who love and miss you now, until that day comes. xoxo Iris
