Obituary of Sandra L. Smith

Lifelong Aberdeen, Washington resident, Sandra L. Smith, 78, passed away November 9, 2018.  She was born June 17, 1940 to William and Grace M. (Blackwell) McWillis in Aberdeen.  She graduated from Hoquiam High School, was a homemaker, and loved to dance.

Sandra was a very social butterfly, strong willed, and independent.  She always wanted to help people, and volunteered at the local food bank.  She was a member of the Hoquiam Elks, Aberdeen Eagles, and Aberdeen Avenue Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Fred D. Jarman of Adna, Washington; daughters, Nancy R. Bishop of Hoquiam, and Cindy R. Whisler of Aberdeen; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth Blackwell and Bobby Blackwell; and sisters, Donna Blackwell and Lisa Blackwell.  She was predeceased by her parents, and grandmother, Etheyl Bray.
