Obituary of Dorothy Hunsaker

Dorothy was born on November 15, 1933 to Arch and Theone Gray in American Fork, Utah. She married Calvin Hunsaker on December 6, 1950 in Menan, Idaho and celebrated 67 years of marriage before his passing earlier this year. She lived in Tenino, Washington for the last 46 years.

Dorothy is survived by her children: Connie and Doug Mitchem of Centralia, Washington, Verena Stohlman of Gridley, California, Nancy and Mike Carlson of Adna, Washington, Marlene and Carey Stott of Tenino, Washington, David and Angela Hunsaker of Centralia, Washington, and Dan and Stephanie Hunsaker of Tenino, Washington. Dorothy is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Her husband, Calvin, and son-in-law, Randy Stohlman, preceded her in death.

Dorothy was a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many leadership positions and callings, including Stake and Ward Relief Society President. She also served an 18-month work mission in Adam-ondi-Ahman in 1998-1999, and was a temple worker.

There will be a viewing at 10:00 a.m., followed by a service at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 18501 Paulson St. SW, Rochester, WA 98579.
