Obituary of Dawn E. Runyon

Dawn E. Runyon, 59, passed away September 21, 2018 in Raymond, Washington. She was born February 23, 1959 to Tom and Margaret Luglbihl in Petosky, Michigan.  When she was very young, the family moved to Washington state where she grew up in Bay Center. At age 20, she married Greg Runyon on April 25, 1982 in Missoula, Montana.  She spent 10 years in Montana before moving back to Raymond in 1992.  She became a full time homemaker, raising two awesome boys, Kyle and Brandon, and two beautiful grandchildren, Jeremy and Hannah.

Dawn’s favorite thing in life was making everyone happy.  She loved hosting big parties.  She also enjoyed interior decorating, cooking, and working in the yard.  Dawn loved cats; she would feed all the strays in the neighborhood, including several of her own cats.  Dawn also loved sports, including basketball, football, and baseball.  Camping was also one of her favorite things to do.

She is survived by her husband, Greg; sons, Kyle (Rosie) and Brandon; stepdaughter, Sheri; grandchildren, Jeremy and Hannah; brothers, Tommy (Tina), Raymond, and Bobby; nephews, Zach and David.  She was predeceased by her parents; and nephew, Jeremy.
