Obituary of Dennis Joseph Aker

Dennis Joseph Aker was born on December 15, 1937 to Martin and Ursula Aker in their home in Buckman, Minnesota. He passed away on July 6, 2014 at the age of 76, surrounded by his loving wife, Edna; daughters, Julie and Mollie; as well as his sister-in-law, Rosie. Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Edna; children, Dennis of Olympia, Ben of Hoquiam, June of Colorado, Julie (Bruce) Beavers of Olympia, Ken (Kim) of Nisqually, Mollie (Tim) Colton of Tenino, Lennie Joseph (Jean) of Portland, Oregon; sisters-in-law, Rosie, Cookie and Patty; brother-in-law, Bud (Rochelle); brothers, Butch of Deer Lodge Montana, Allen of Missouri, Vernon of Texas; sister, Doris Brown Dillon; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Audrey Aker and Dorothy Aker; brothers-in-law, Larry Smith and Tim Healen; and sister-in-law, Marie Bonner.
